Debbie Bunce joined FLTG in March 2010 as a Customer Service Representative. In 2011 she was promoted to Customer Service Supervisor and again in 2013 to Customer Service Manager. As Director, Customer Support, Bunce is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Customer Support Operations which includes Customer Service, NOC, Network Technicians and Managed Services Engineer work groups. She came to FLTG from the Geneva Lakefront Childcare Center where we was an Executive Director.

Education

Bunce received her Associates Degree from Herkimer County Community College.
