- Network Engineer, II
We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer. This position will plan, install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot the service provider network LAN and WAN environments as well as assist with other responsibilities of the Network team.
The ideal candidate will be an exceptional problem solver, with a positive attitude. They should have the ability to work well as part of a team and independently as needed in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Managed Response Engineer
This position is a premier technical support and implementation position entailing Cisco Cloud/HCS, Cisco Borderless, Cisco Collaboration/UC, and Metaswitch Hosted PBX.
- Data Center Infrastructure Engineer II
Responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring and maintaining FLTG’s Data Center environments including server hardware, storage, network equipment, virtualization, automation and business continuity planning. Also responsible for assisting in the design and deployment of customer private and hybrid data centers.
- Technical Support Specialist
This position is a premier position in a fast paced growth organization focused on fast and accurate remediation of Service Requests, Incident Management, and Problem Management. This position interacts directly with customers to diagnose and remediate service desk tickets. This position will periodically be asked to assist with, or lead implementations as the business requires it. This position is accountable for operational readiness and operational excellence within a Network Operations Center environment.
- Senior Solutions Engineer
The Solutions Engineer reports to the Director. He or she is responsible for the “before sale” solutions engineering including customer interfacing opportunities. The Senior Engineer will help drive the company’s solutions team to help achieve revenue goals and satisfy customer needs. The Senior Engineer will mentor engineers with less experience.

- Specialist, Plant Logistics
This is mid-entry-level position in which applied CAD drawings and reports are the primary function. This position is involved in telecom construction projects, elementary plant design, and facility applications. The selected candidate will take direction from OSP Engineers and Plant Engineering Specialists. Responsibilities include maintaining plant records, creating drawings, generating plant orders, and serving as a multi-support role within Plant Operations. Reports to the Supervisor, Plant Logistics.
- Process & Systems Analyst
Involves modeling, documenting, analyzing, and designing business processes. Oversees the implementation of process improvements and provides training for the workforce, including on-boarding training for new employees. Technology plays a key role in business process management, especially in the case of automated processes and workflows. The Process & Systems Analyst will be required to use and develop systems utilized by the workforce including; CRM, Billing, Quoting, Commissions, Element Management, and others.
- Supervisor, Plant Logistics
This position consists of advanced technical and supervisory work including supervising the Plant Logistics Department. The position advises and participates in plant design, projects, and services with engineers, contractors, and customers. Responsibilities include maintaining the company plant records, modeling databases, and drafting standards for FLTG systems changes or updates. This position will supervise, mentor, and train subordinates. Reports to the Manager, Plant Operations.
