Specialist, Plant Logistics

This is mid-entry-level position in which applied CAD drawings and reports are the primary function. This position is involved in telecom construction projects, elementary plant design, and facility applications. The selected candidate will take direction from OSP Engineers and Plant Engineering Specialists. Responsibilities include maintaining plant records, creating drawings, generating plant orders, and serving as a multi-support role within Plant Operations. Reports to the Supervisor, Plant Logistics.

Involves modeling, documenting, analyzing, and designing business processes.  Oversees the implementation of process improvements and provides training for the workforce, including on-boarding training for new employees. Technology plays a key role in business process management, especially in the case of automated processes and workflows. The Process & Systems Analyst will be required to use and develop systems utilized by the workforce including; CRM, Billing, Quoting, Commissions, Element Management, and others.

This position will supervise, mentor, and train subordinates. Reports to the Manager, Plant Operations.
