Network Engineer, II

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer. This position will plan, install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot the service provider network LAN and WAN environments as well as assist with other responsibilities of the Network team.

Specialist, Plant Logistics

This is mid-entry-level position in which applied CAD drawings and reports are the primary function. This position is involved in telecom construction projects, elementary plant design, and facility applications. The selected candidate will take direction from OSP Engineers and Plant Engineering Specialists. Responsibilities include maintaining plant records, creating drawings, generating plant orders, and serving as a multi-support role within Plant Operations. Reports to the Supervisor, Plant Logistics.

Senior Network Engineer, Advanced Services

A Senior Network Engineer on the Advanced Services Engineering team will be responsible for the design, engineering, turn up and repair of customers who have purchased our Enterprise Managed Services Programs as well as our corporate environment. The team will be responsible for all technology verticals provided to these customers by FLTG, including but not limited to, support for data center routing and switching, corporate infrastructure including route/switch, security, wireless, and telephony.  This position will be a key contributor to Service Level Agreement commitment assurance and will participate in weekly business review calls, facilitated by our project management team, with respective enterprise accounts.  The department will manage CLEC services including firewall, and switch services where CPE gear is used.  Engineers are responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of network elements and services that are covered by the Managed Service Agreement.

Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist performs customer service orders, billing, payments and procedures for both commercial businesses and some residences by communicating with the customer, processing their requests and appropriate paperwork. Local services for LNP, Toll Free, Directory and 911, also for provisioning and circuit order processing and tracking, including type II circuits. Collaborates with other departments as needed.
