VICTOR, N.Y., February 8, 2012 — William Rich has been hired as a telecommunications sales representative with Finger Lakes Technologies Group Inc. (www.fltg.com).

In his new position, Rich is responsible for sales of the company’s expansive competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) product lineup in the Elmira and Corning markets. He previously served as an account executive at Time Warner Cable.

A Baldwinsville, N.Y. resident, Rich earned an associate degree in Sports Management from Tompkins Cortland Community College.
