You will speak to one of our technical support specialists between the hours of 7:00AM and 7:00PM. We had trialed using a third party vendor for one year to assist customers with lower level troubles, hoping to reduce the length of time customers waited for assistance. However, we found that the quality of the service was not being provided at the level our customers were expecting and customers told us this on a frequent basis. We hope you will notice a significant improvement in the level of service we are able to provide to you when calling about a dial-up or DSL issue. We look forward to assisting you! |
