Finger Lakes Technologies Group Park is a 625 acre park that offers several large open-land areas with ample space for new construction and long term expansion as well as numerous existing buildings and storage bunkers for sensitive commercial and industrial storage operations. In close proximity to major economic centers of the northeast, FLTG Park is an ideal location for the development of data centers, disaster recovery facilities, communications centers, research and development centers and other high-technology facilities requiring a secure and secluded environment with a reasonable commute.

• Our existing 37,000 square foot warehouse currently has 13,000 square feet available for lease, and is divisible down to 4,000 square feet. Arrangements for additional space can be made depending upon requirements.
• FLTG Park has over 60 blast-hardened ground-level earth-bermed storage bunkers of various sizes available. Each bunker provides approximately 1,600 to 2,000 square feet of protected space for sensitive operations or long-term storage. Power and communications can be made available for these structures as needed.
• Three existing outbuildings can be made quickly available for storage or other flexible use activities. Each building is approximately 4,500 square feet, and has two ground-level overhead doors.
